These terms cover Outvision’s learning platform, courses, prompts, AI features and creator tools. Read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription. The purchase disclosures and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of your purchase terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or purchase services. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. An organization’s representative must have authority to act for it.
Subscriptions and billing
Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Courses, AI Prompt Plus and Pixel are available separately or in the bundles disclosed on the plan page. A bundle includes only its listed services and allowances; Prompt AI customizations and Pixel credits remain separate. Existing subscriptions are not automatically migrated. Bundle prices do not stack with standalone member discounts or promotional codes. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes and any introductory discount are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed renewal price until canceled. We will give advance notice of material subscription price changes and obtain consent where required.
Cancel through billing settings before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. No refunds for change of mind, unused time or unused credits, except where required by law. See refunds, withdrawal rights and billing help.
Courses and permitted use
Your membership provides access to the published content included in your plan while your access is active. We may update the catalog and correct or replace material; statutory remedies remain available if a material change affects what you purchased. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use courses and resources for your own learning and internal professional work. You may adapt prompt templates for your projects. Do not resell or redistribute courses, videos, downloads or the prompt library, share paid accounts, or bypass access controls. Separate licenses expressly attached to a resource take precedence for that resource.
Your work and creator materials
You retain the rights you hold in your submissions. You give 36seas LLC the permissions needed to store, process and display that material to provide the features you request. Submitting a course for publication also authorizes us to review, host and distribute the approved course to its intended audience and use its title, description and cover to describe it. You must have rights to all uploaded content, voices, likenesses, music and other material. Requesting creator access does not promise payment or revenue sharing; those arrangements require a separate agreement.
Copyright concerns
If you believe material infringes your rights, contact legal@outvision.com with the material’s URL, a description of the work and your rights, your contact details and the reason for your concern. We may restrict disputed material while reviewing it. Do not submit false ownership claims.
AI and educational information
AI features send your submitted prompt and context to an AI provider. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable material. Check outputs, facts, accessibility, rights and suitability before use. Do not submit secrets or personal information you are not authorized to share. We do not guarantee unique outputs or intellectual-property protection for AI-generated material.
Courses and startup resources are educational information, not individualized legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice. We do not promise income, employment, business results, accreditation, academic credit or professional certification unless a specific offering expressly and accurately states otherwise.
Acceptable use and external services
Do not use Outvision for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, malicious code, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service. External providers have their own prices, terms and privacy practices. A directory listing is not a guarantee of a provider’s performance or suitability.
Service issues and account restrictions
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Contact support if paid access or content does not work as described.
Changes and your legal rights
We will date revised terms and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Nothing here limits mandatory protections, remedies or access to courts available under the law applicable to you. Contact us to try to resolve concerns; doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory rights.
